2-Min Rule
The ‘Two-Minute Rule’ is a powerful strategy that helps you to develop new habits by breaking down the activity into a task that can be done in just two minutes or less. (For example, start by reading 1 page before going to bed, or by doing 2 minutes of daily exercise every morning)
By making the habit doable within 2 minutes, it becomes much more likely that you'll actually do it since it doesn't require a lot of effort and can easily be incorporated into your routine.
The key is to focus on building the habit itself, rather than achieving a specific outcome or goal. Once the new habit becomes part of your daily or weekly routine, you can gradually increase the amount of time or effort you put into it.
